Everyone knows how important it is to have a high degree of

they carry themselves, how they treat others, and how they
handle confrontation are just a few of the key qualities you
should imitate.

If you can, sit down with them for a while and just talk
with them. One of the easiest ways to learn is by doing
that, so spend some time imitating a confident person to
learn confidence.

4. Shut down negative behaviors

Every time you find yourself handling a situation or
confrontation the way a person with low confidence would,
ask yourself how you would handle it if you had high
confidence and then follow through on that action. Some
people may consider this to be ‘acting’ but it is one of the
best tools you can use to raise your confidence level.

5. Always remember that there is light at the end of the tunnel

When faced with a difficult situation, take some time to sit
down and honestly assess what can happen in the future, no
matter what it is.  If you do not like the outcome, change
your actions. This is one of the best tools you can use to
boost your confidence.

6. You can’t win if you don’t try

If you are too afraid to take a chance or try something new,
there is absolutely zero chance you will succeed at it. Do
not be afraid to try new things or experience. You may end
up finding a new hobby you enjoy or discover a hidden
talent: both excellent confidence boosters.

7. Remind yourself of all the things you do well

Your friends and family will all be able to supply you with
information about several talents and good qualities that
you have. Believe them when they tell you these things.
No-one can do everything but there are many things that you
will be able to do. Take confidence and pride in those
things that you are good at.

They are easy to implement in your everyday life and can
really change the way you feel about yourself. Having
