Don’t we hate it when we argue? When we are trapped on a hot seat? The best thing to do during these times is to just do nothing. If you don’t agree with them, you can at least avoid to fight with them. Doing nothing doesn’t mean that you agree with them or that you surrender. It could be hard when you are hot yourself. But think of ending it, don’t clash your head with them.

If you do nothing and don’t clash with them, you’ll even have the chance to clear it or solve your dispute with them. If you all feel rage, there would be lesser chance of ending it in a positive manner. You may end that moment but you still have that grudge over each other.

Here are some tips on how to handle hot situations:

As much as possible, stay calm.

Don’t raise your voice and speak calmly.

Try to respond in a positive manner – one that would not heat up the argument.

Be positive. Your positivity will help resolve the situation.
